Thank you so much for shopping with Madelynn Kay Co.! Please review the information below before placing your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge the applicable preorder, shipping, and return information provided on our website and product listings.
🛍️ PREORDERS
Items marked PREORDER are not currently in stock and ready to ship. Your payment is collected in full when your order is placed.
Each preorder listing will include an estimated turnaround time (TAT). Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to supplier, manufacturer, or shipping delays outside of our control.
If your order contains both preorder and ready-to-ship items, your order may be held until all items are ready to ship unless otherwise stated.
Please double-check your selections, including size, color, flavor, style, quantity, and shipping information before completing your purchase.
📦 SHIPPING
Shipping charges are calculated according to the shipping options available at checkout. Orders qualifying for a free-shipping promotion will receive the applicable discount at checkout.
Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Madelynn Kay Co.’s control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may be required to resend it.
💕 RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
Because preorder items are ordered specifically based on customer purchases, preorder sales are final once the applicable preorder closes and the supplier order has been submitted.
Before the preorder closes, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. We will do our best to accommodate your request when possible.
For ready-to-ship items, please contact us promptly if there is an issue with your order.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Madelynn Kay Co. as soon as possible after delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
⏰ PREORDER DELAYS
Preorder arrival dates and turnaround times are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Occasionally, suppliers or shipping carriers experience unexpected delays.
If a significant delay or other issue affects your preorder, we will provide updates when information becomes available.
💳 PAYMENT
Payment is due in full at checkout. An order is not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully completed.
